All items are shipped via UPS ground or UPS express, all orders are generally shipped before the end of the next business day. Items are shipped from New York City when basing how long Ground delivery will take
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If you ordered a clothing item that does not fit, we will be glad to make an exchange of the same item for a different size or color. We will refund your credit card account for any items not meeting your satisfaction. The item MUST be returned to our address within 28 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition. Returns must be shipped back prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. We will try our best to make things right.
